Founder and owner Karyn Studsrud is on a mission to teach and empower women and girls using established tools and methodologies, knowledge and skills from her corporate career, as well as her own personal experiences and lessons learned.
Using customized and tailored systems and processes gleaned from Karyn's 20 years working internationally in the corporate world, Spiral Into Control will work with women in whatever area they need to run an efficient, effective, productive and organized, home, office, life, or all of the above!
Our History
In achieving our mission, Spiral Into Control will discuss your current pain points and issues, as well as the vision, mission, strategic plan and goals of your company or organization. Spiral’s specialists work collaboratively with your team to review existing systems and processes, and will then conduct a gap analysis.
Through that process, our project team will introduce some suggested transformational activities to help align your organization with its goals.

Karyn understands and has experienced the reality that there is no decoupling of roles a woman plays in her life. For this reason, Karyn is excited to support women globally, and help them integrate, corporate, and personal and professional development tools, that she has used in her life as she went from single mom and student to busy corporate professional wife and mother.
Spiral Into Control knows that life if never a straight line in a women’s life, and that the required order, organization, and efficiency to be able to stay, streamlined, effective, proactive…sane, is never as simple or as easy as the Instagram posts make them seem.
However, as with large companies, in order to have operational effectiveness for this to run sell, be optimized and efficient and effective, Spiral Into Control works with women to teach and empower them using established tools, skills, experiences and lessons learned to create and establish; tools, systems processes and that will transform their home, office and life businesses from chaos, unknowing and uncertainty to that of strategy, order organization and ultimately peace & success in their home, office and life.
